The 50th anniversary party was an unforgettable evening, bringing together more than 300 guests to honor half a century of Helen Adams Realty’s legacy. Set in a beautifully designed venue, the evening was filled with live music, fantastic food, and lively conversations among HAR leadership, staff, agents, spouses, and longtime supporters.
Guests were invited to step back in time through an immersive history room that showcased five decades of Helen Adams Realty’s evolution, highlighting the moments and milestones that helped define the company today. Throughout the evening, friends and colleagues captured memories at the photobooth, connected over cocktails at the open bar, and took home HAR-branded keepsakes to remember the celebration. A particularly meaningful moment came during a heartfelt toast from the leadership team, as CEO Jeff Adams and Co-Presidents Rebecca Adams Starrs and Frank Adams expressed their gratitude to everyone who has played a role in the firm’s journey. Created by the firm’s in-house marketing agency, the site allowed visitors to explore the company’s milestones, our impact on the Charlotte community, and an exclusive collection of Adams family photos, connecting our professional journey with the people and moments that inspired it. Designed to honor the past while celebrating the people and moments that shaped it, HAR50.com gave clients, agents, and friends a unique way to connect with the heart of Helen Adams Realty.
A Strategic Brand Refresh
As part of ongoing efforts to support our agents and better serve our clients, we dedicated our 50th year to launching a comprehensive refresh of the firm’s marketing materials and visual identity. This strategic update was thoughtfully developed by our talented marketing team to strengthen our presence across platforms and ensure every interaction reflects the professionalism and expertise for which Helen Adams Realty is known.
We’ve elevated our signature greens by introducing two light, airy beige tones, creating a palette that balances warmth and approachability with the professional, grounded trust our agents embody. Adding to this evolution, our in-house marketing team created a custom typeface, the “Generation Script,” designed exclusively for our brand.
The refresh extends across every marketing touchpoint, from property brochures and client presentation books to stationery, social media visuals, email campaigns, and more. With clear guidelines and a cohesive look, our updated branding ensures every interaction communicates the Helen Adams Realty story with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
A Year of Results
2025 marked a period of significant growth, performance, and momentum across every area of our business. In the past year, we achieved $1.82 billion in sales volume, representing a 28% increase over the previous year and the firm’s best year yet, while continuing to grow both our agent and staff communities.
We welcomed 36 new agents, including a mix of emerging talent and seasoned professionals who chose us as their trusted business partner, and were supported by 25 dedicated staff members committed to excellence.
Our relocation expertise remained a vital part of our service, with 268 outgoing referrals placed to support clients moving to or living beyond the greater Charlotte area.
Throughout the year, we also led the competition in performance metrics across the eight-county region, including fewest days on market and a top closed price-to-list price ratio. With an average of just 35 days on market and a 99.7% closed price-to-list price ratio over the past 12 months, our results reflect thoughtful pricing, strategic preparation, and our agents’ ability to help clients sell faster and for top dollar.
