“One of the most important things our Relocation Department does is to play matchmaker,” says Relocation Director Jordan Bass. “On top of home and search criteria, we take personality fit and personal needs into account.”
Whether clients are brand new to the firm, finding us online or through a corporate move and looking for assistance, or they are an existing client of our agents with a need for help outside of Charlotte, our department will personally interview and find an agent who is the perfect match.

Once connected, your Helen Adams Realty agent can take you on a highly personalized introductory tour of Charlotte. This tour may include visits to schools, parks, attractions, neighborhoods, and homes of interest to name a few. We are also happy to arrange appointments for tours and interviews with both public and private schools of your choice.
The Relocation Department can also provide you with a complimentary information packet about Charlotte, mailed directly to you. These packets include neighborhood descriptions, home prices by zip code, school and tax information, the latest issues of local magazines, and more.
